The needs that led to the creation of the A&D Center sessions are extremely diverse: used as a final stage in more complex recruitment processes, talent pool identification and development, as a stage in the analysing process for designing and customizing training programs.
The instruments used are diverse and internationally certified.
For the past 15 years, Team Building events have been an important part of the Know! business division. For the most part, they have been organised outdoors, but more recently, because of the pandemic, we also organised them online. We approach each program as a complex intervention: besides all the fun and dynamic activities, our goal is to have a major impact on the team and the organisation to which the team belongs. These interventions are led by joint teams of trainers and outdoor monitors, and each activity is followed by very thorough debriefs.
